Each Day
Stuff
Thru each day my Shepherd walks beside me.
Guiding each step along the way.
He knows the path for He hath planned it.
As He leads I follow, come what may.
There are days we walk thru sunny meadows.
When the world is fair and cares are few.
And I share my joy and sing His praises.
For His blessings, bountiful and new.
He may choose to lead me by still waters.
To a place of quietness and rest.
Where He draws me close for sweet communion.
And my weary soul is cheered and blest.
There are times my path winds thru dark valleys.
But each time He knows and goes before.
When I stumble, gentle arms embrace me.
And His grace, my courage doth restore.
Thru each night my shepherd watches o'er me.
Peaceful slumber mine, I need not fear.
As I close my eyes, I've calm assurance.
His abiding presence, will be near.
Day and night my Shepherds love surrounds me.
Day and night on Him I can depend.
For He's promised, He will never leave me.
And He'll guide me, until my journeys end.
